Vibro Screen

Vibro Screen is a high speed machine which is designed for the filtration of large volume of granular substances to completely remove the unwanted substances and for the separation of the grains as per their sizes. This multilevel screening machinery is equipped with a heavy duty electrical motor which produces vibrating force for efficient working. The structural frame of this sieving unit is fabricated by using to quality materials which imparts higher strength and rigidity for longer service life.

Specification 

Vibro Shifter are driven by vertically mounted vibratory motor having eccentric weight at the top and bottom end of the shaft. At the time of Motor rotation top weight causes vibration in Horizontal plane whereas the rotation of bottom weight causes tilt & vibrations in vertical plane. By changing their lead angle, various spiral screening patterns are obtained to suit different application.
